FREE parking is located upstairs (entrance is on harper). Validation is for 75 minutes. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to your first Bunda class so that we can get you set up and the instructor can give you the rundown of what to expect. Please let the instructor know about any injuries or medical conditions you may have.

During Class

You will be spending half the time on the Stairmaster and half the time on resistance. Make sure you have comfortable workout shoes.

Hydration is key to any workout. We have water for purchase when you check in. Towels are supplied for class.

After Class

After your first class, we know you will want to come back for more. You can speak to our front desk staff about which class package is best for you. You can also buy packages online. There are no showers at Bunda yet. We have bathrooms stocked with body wipes and other necessities to get you freshened up.

Bünda is Portuguese slang for butt. We created this work out to be lower body focused. Training the lower body often has been proven to provide the best results for a total body change.

Welcome to your newest addiction 🙂 The Stairmaster is just like climbing regular steps. We know the machine may look a little intimidating, but you will get the hang of it in no time. Plus, our instructors are here for you. They will help make sure you feel comfortable. Like anything else, the Stairmaster gets easier every time you use it, so hang in there!!! We promise you this machine will provide you with AMAZING results.
