Everyone who comes to BÜNDA is required to use BÜNDA equipment only (I.E. Bands, hip circles, ankle cuffs). If you are coming to class often, we suggest investing in our equipment. As a courtesy for your first class only, the equipment is on us.
Cell phones are strictly prohibited during class. Your phone must be silenced and put away when class starts. Everyone should be present during class to get the full benefits of a BÜNDA workout! If you must use your phone, please go outside to avoid disrupting fellow students.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled classes. You will be held in the lobby until the first class transition if you are not inside the studio when class starts.
BÜNDA reserves the right to remove anyone from class who is not following the program led by the trainer. Doing different exercises than what is being instructed causes a lot of distraction and confusion during class. An example of not adhering to the program is doing upper body exercises on Butt & Legs day.
We understand you may have injuries and need to modify some exercises, which is completely acceptable. Please notify your trainer before class of any injuries.
As a first-time client, we require you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class to go over your fitness goals, show you the equipment for class, complete any additional forms and introduce you to your trainer. Make sure you have athletic shoes and water.
IMPORTANT: If you are late for your first class, you will not be allowed to take that class.
If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to take a class at BÜNDA. The minimum age to take a BÜNDA class is 16.
Children or pets are not allowed to be left in the studio lobby unattended during class.
